About Me

As Vice President, Financial Planner, and Money Manager of one of the largest U.S. investment firms for over 15 years, I managed approximately $70 million for my clients and considered myself fortunate to earn the type of income that allowed me to provide very well for my wife and two young boys. The problem was not a lack of money, but a lack of any semblance of a "real" life. After commuting for over two hours in the car each day, on top of my 60+ hour work weeks, I was rarely ever home...at least not when my family was awake. This was not my idea of the "American Dream" and was certainly not the way I wanted to be remembered as a father by my two sons. In addition, I always knew that there was an entrepreneur inside of me just waiting for the right opportunity, and at some point I knew I would just have to "make the move" in order to achieve the true freedom that successful entrepreneurs master.

In 1999, I made a decision to leave that stressed-out, burned-out environment for good. Believe me when I say that there has not been a single moment that I've regretted it. That decision, just over six years ago, has turned out to be the beginning of an amazing journey that has allowed me to discover things about myself that I would never have known otherwise. As I entered the world of an independent financial advisor, I began to receive invitations to attend events sponsored by network marketing organizations, and I immediately recognized how like-minded and passionate these high-energy entrepreneurs were. I also learned one of the most surprising things of all; my college degree and 15 years on Wall Street had actually prevented me, not helped me, from discovering many of the world's best financial strategies, top money managers, and an entire network of the brightest minds around the globe. More than anything though, I began to read books and listen to thought provoking speakers as they taught me, with an inner wisdom, that was completely outside the realm of what I had ever been exposed to before. As Dr. Napoleon Hill says in the #1 selling business book of all time; "Whatever the Mind Can Conceive and Believe, it Can Achieve."

It's through this knowledge, and the application of it through pure faith in our God-given abilities, that true empowerment lies. An empowerment that can only be obtained by stretching yourself and testing your ability to reach your full potential. Why would anyone settle for anything less.
