Beginning last summer we were the first strategists in America (that we are aware of) that began forecasting GDP growth would surpass 5% by Q3 2026. As you read these excellent Q2 earnings below, featuring earnings growth for the S&P 500 of 11.8%, remember that Wall Street was forecasting growth of just 4.9% (vs our estimates 8–10% growth).
